Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Are there any exceptions to the no-refund policy?

Exceptions are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items that meet our eliginility requirements and are reported within the required timeframe.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How soon must damaged items be reported?

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order for review. Failure to report within the required timeframe may result in ineligibility for replacement, refund, or store credit.

What happens if my claim is approved?

If eligible and approved, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Can I DM or text abour damaged or incorrect items?

No. All damage or incorrect item inquiries must be submitted via email only. DMs or text messages will not be accepted.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What If I selected the wrong item at checkout?

Orders cannot be changed once placed or fulfilled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to customer error. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping & Pickup
How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

How long does it take to process pickup orders?

Pickup orders are processed within 3–4 business days and must be picked up within 7 business days or the order will be canceled without a refund.

What days do you ship orders?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?

Yes. Express and Overnight shipping are available Monday–Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays are not eligible for expedited shipping.

What are U.S. shipping timeframes?

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days via USPS
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days via USPS
Overnight Shipping: Available Monday–Thursday only and must be placed by 2:00 PM EST

Are shipping times guaranteed?

No. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of Lashdollsdontcry control and are not considered a company issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Economy international shipping typically takes 6–10 business days, while express international shipping takes 3–6 business days via UPS.
Please note that Lashdollsdontcry is not responsible for import taxes, customs fees, or tariff duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Lashdollsdontcry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier will not be reshipped. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

What if my package is returned to sender?

Returned or refused packages must be claimed within 2 days to be resent. Reshipment fees apply: $10 for standard shipping or $20 for express shipping. If reshipment is declined, store credit will be issued excluding shipping costs.

DELIVERY
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sales, products launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Timeframes

ALL evening delivery orders must be placed by 6PM for same day delivery. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarenteed and may be affected by location, weather conditions, traffic conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. (We will always be in communication with you about your order.)

Mailbox/Porch Drop/ Door Drop Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and information at checkout. Lashdollsdontcry is not responsible for lost packages upon delivery, once a photo of your package at secured location is taken and sent to you.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carier, Lashdollsdontcry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 48hrs may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Delivery Information

Delivery Information will be texted to the number you listed on file once your order is ready for delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required. If communication is not kept with the carrier upon arrival, customer is subject to $25 cancelled delivery fee.
